This past month, CBC packed up and headed out east, bringing our first 2026 Health House to life against one of the most idyllic backdrops: The Hamptons.
Set against a serene coastal backdrop, Health House East brought leading health, wellness, and lifestyle media together for eight days of immersive experiences, meaningful conversations, and brand discovery — a welcome retreat away from the city. This program highlighted a holistic view of wellness and featured a variety of thoughtfully curated brands and activities including heart pumping fitness classes, nourishing culinary experiences, mental health calming moments and more. Through these hands-on integrations and handpicked sampling moments, top media engaged with sponsors in authentic, memorable ways — letting the conversations unfold the way they always do best at CBC’s HOUSE Programs: unscripted and unhurried.

What It Takes to Pull Off Health House
The best press trips look effortless, which is exactly what we at CBC do. Behind every CBC HOUSE Program is a long list of unseen work: sourcing the location, curating the media mix, sequencing activations, and following up long after everyone’s gone home. CBC handles all of it, so brands can focus on what matters — real conversations with editors. CBC doubles as host, making sure every guest feels taken care of and every brand makes the impression they came for. Now here’s what happened this June.
Day 1: Paint, Sip & Settle In

The trip kicked off with a lunch spread full of delicious bites. From Perdue’s Powered High Protein Chicken Bites to the refreshing sips from La Colombe (with a splash of tasty Organic Valley creamer), it was the perfect way to refresh and power up for the first activations of the trip.

Thumbtack continued the fun of the first night with a happy hour and painting experience. Guests sipped cocktails from a mobile bar vendor sourced right through the Thumbtack platform, then picked up a paintbrush to create their own take-home vase while learning about the brand’s new Curb Appeal Report.

When dinnertime rolled around, everyone gathered with the CBC team for a delicious meal from Golden Pear Cafe, a beloved local spot in the Hamptons. It was the perfect way to close out a day full of connection while soaking up the last bit of sunshine before calling it a night.
Day 2: Movement, Microbiomes & Everything In Between
Chobani kicked off day two with a breakfast celebrating its role as Official Nutrition Partner of U.S. Soccer, starting with a fun skills session where each editor sported a custom U.S. Soccer jersey. Guests then refueled with a spread of Chobani’s high-protein offerings, paired with cold brew and ready-to-drink cans from La Colombe.

Natural Cycles brought a taste of Swedish tradition to Health House with a cozy Fika, complete with coffee, tea, cookies, and a Swedish candy bar, setting the stage for candid conversation. Nurse Practitioner Katie Duke guided the discussion through some of women’s most underreported health topics.
Lunchtime came, and KitchenAid delivered with an intimate lunch and live recipe demo featuring the Compact Grain and Rice Cooker and Pure Power Blender. Editors watched the appliances in action, whipping up the salad and sorbet they were about to enjoy — a fun, firsthand look at easy, wellness-forward entertaining.
The afternoon was all about relaxing and refueling. Vital Proteins kept everyone refreshed with its sparkling collagen water, while YETI kept wine and drinks cool all day in the sun. Editors also stocked up on supplements from Nature’s Bounty and Life Extension to round out their wellness routines. Between activations and enjoying time relaxing on the beautiful property, they snacked on NuTrail granola and CLIF Bars — easy, on-the-go fuel to power through the rest of the day.

To close out the night, Pendulum hosted an immersive dinner bringing its gut health mission to life, surrounded by a “gut garden”. Guests learned about the brand’s signature ingredient, Akkermansia, through a microbiome quiz and a dinner conversation led by Pendulum’s registered dietitian, then crafted their own potpourri bowls before heading home with GutFuel Supplement and Metabolic Daily Capsules in hand.

Day 3: Strength, Sunshine & Self-Care
Vital Farms kicked off day three with a protein-packed breakfast featuring the brand’s eggs and butter, along with a look at its regenerative agriculture practices and refreshed packaging. Attendees then geared up with custom pickleball paddles, egg-themed hats, and branded bandanas for a lively pickleball session full of friendly competition and a newfound love for the sport.

In the early afternoon, media traded activations for some downtime, relaxing poolside and building sandwiches with Oroweat‘s high-protein and fiber breads. It was the perfect stretch of time to recharge, snack, and soak up the sun.
Philips hosted a poolside happy hour to introduce the Lumea IPL device. Over “Smooth Summer”-themed cocktails, Dermatologist Dr. Karp and the Philips team walked media through the device with a live demo, giving reps plenty of time to mingle and answer questions along the way.
Factor closed out the final night with a workout followed by a sit-down dinner featuring meals crafted from the brand’s own recipes, spotlighting its new strength and endurance lines. Over the meal, media connected with the Factor team while enjoying the delicious meal and insightful conversation.

Each night, winding down after a busy day, attendees tried out a variety of Opalescence products gifted to keep their smiles bright throughout the trip.
Day 4: A Slow Morning Send-Off
After waking up in their Bedsure sheets, as they did every morning of the trip, media gathered with the brand for a 30-minute sound meditation led by a local instructor, followed by time to connect with the Bedsure team over breakfast. It was a soft, soothing send-off to close out an unforgettable few days.

Where Connection Turns Into Coverage
Health House East wasn’t built with a big production or over-the-top activities — its foundation is access. Editors got real, meaningful time with brands, authentic product experience, and engaged in genuine conversations, without forced pitches or staged moments.
That’s the difference of a CBC HOUSE trip brands stay top of mind long after the trip ends. The coverage rolling in just weeks after the trip ended shows editors are still thinking about what they experienced at Health House.
