Medela | Influencer Event

The Situation

Medela was bringing Magic InBra — a wearable pump with hospital-grade performance — to the U.S. market. To make it resonate, the brand needed more than an announcement.

The goal was to earn authentic advocacy: introduce the product to trusted parenting influencers and healthcare providers, spark genuine conversation, and connect Medela’s innovation to its deeper mission of supporting mothers and families.

The Solution

CBC hosted a select group of local influencers and healthcare providers (HCPs) at the Mothers’ Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes for an intimate, hands-on day — a behind-the-scenes tour, a shared lunch, and a creative Pump & Paint party where guests painted one-of-a-kind nursery masterpieces. The location was chosen due to Medela’s long standing partnership with the Milk Bank and cutting edge research they provide to ensure donated milk is tested and delivered locally to those in need.

Guests left with the Magic InBra pump, a stuffed giraffe, artist-designed mom-baby socks, and brand collateral — all in a reusable Medela tote. The experience tied product innovation to Medela’s mission in a warm, memorable way.
