CULTURE
Len Cercone and Erika Brown founded CBC in 2001 to be more than just a place that made money. In Len’s words, “if all we cared about was making money, we would’ve done something different.” Len and Erika started CBC to be a home for people to grow in; to grow their craft, to grow as people, and to grow financially. (CBC isn’t owned by a giant holding company, we’re independent, and we all share in the profits.) So, instead of a typical, white, Formica table to sit around for lunch, CBC has a large, wooden, family style dinner table. It’s great for lunch, hanging out, and ideal for our 4PM Thursday Wine Hour, which staff and clients regularly enjoy. But really, it’s more than a table, it’s a symbol for life here at CBC.
We’re different from most agencies. Not just because of our unique skillset and the great work we do, but because of our people. A family of kind, generous, thoughtful, smart, curious, creative, hardworking folks that genuinely enjoy each other’s company and love coming to work every day to do the best work of their careers, and grow.
