The Situation

Ocean Spray partnered with Vineyard Vines and Bright Pink, a leading nonprofit focused on the prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer. The cause-driven collaboration was rooted in a shared commitment to women’s health, awareness, and early action—aligned with Ocean Spray’s broader mission to support community well-being and purpose-led initiatives.

To bring the partnership to life, Ocean Spray needed an experience that would be visually iconic, emotionally resonant, and primed for social sharing. With limited visibility around the initiative at launch, Ocean Spray turned to CBC to help change that.

The goal was to create a compelling influencer and press moment that would authentically celebrate the collaboration, generate content and headlines, and spark meaningful connection with the brand’s values and purpose.

The Solution

CBC concepted and produced the Pink Harvest Experience, an immersive two-day event designed to bring Ocean Spray’s collaboration with Vineyard Vines and Bright Pink to life in a visually iconic and emotionally resonant way.

Hosted at Beaton Farms during the cranberry harvest, the experience centered around a custom-built pink whale-shaped cranberry bog. Five fashion influencers and four national media guests waded through the bog, picked cranberries, joined a Bright Pink-led lunch focused on education and prevention, and ended the day at a Red Sox game at Fenway. Each moment was thoughtfully curated to celebrate the partnership’s message and mission.

Every element of the experience was crafted to spark content, build emotional connection, and generate conversation around Ocean Spray’s commitment to purpose, prevention, and community.

The result was vibrant, heartfelt coverage that elevated awareness, deepened brand affinity, and gave this important cause the visibility it deserves.
