In 2001, Erika founded CBC with her partner Len Cercone. Here she leads brand strategy and positioning and helps oversee award-winning work for clients such as Garnet Hill, BioScriptives, J.Jill, Logan Airport and the Massachusetts Port Authority, Rowe Hotel NYC, Dr. Hauschka Skin Care, among others.
Erika first developed her strategic thinking working as a business journalist covering startups, entrepreneurs and politics. Later, she joined Mullen where she served 10 years building, shaping, and leading integrated, strategic campaigns for brands like EMC, Reebok, Bank Of America, Thinking Machines and Deutsche Bank Strategic Ventures. After that, she served as the CMO at IVW, a venture operating company founded by three top-ten leverage buyout firms focused on new model spin outs from large, traditional companies in their portfolios.
When Erika is not helping run the agency, she tries keeping up with her twin boys and daughter and their love of soccer, football, flute and robotics class.
